Grey Wolf Automotive Group is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Automotive Title Clerk to join our dealership team. This role is essential in ensuring all vehicle paperwork is completed accurately and on time while staying compliant with state and DMV regulations.
Responsibilities

• Process vehicle titles, registrations, and license plates
• Submit title paperwork to the DMV in a timely manner
• Verify accuracy of legal documents and contracts
• Handle lien payoffs and follow up on missing documentation
• Maintain organized title files and records
• Communicate with customers, lenders, and state agencies as needed
• Ensure compliance with Florida title and registration laws

• Previous automotive title clerk experience preferred
• Knowledge of Florida DMV/title regulations a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple files
• Proficient in basic computer systems and dealership software
• Professional communication and customer service skills
